Key and Peele have set their first film in stone with New Line. It's called Keanu and follows a kidnapped cat.

The movie is set to start production next spring. Jordan Peele believes that everyone will be able to relate to the film: “The movie should resonate with a large audience as almost everyone has had a house pet stolen by a street gang, right?”

New Line is reportedly in talks with Key & Peele director Peter Atencio who does every episode of the series. He's the guy that I continually praise for his cinematic skills.

The movie is also going to be executively produced by both Peele and Key as well as Peter Principato, Paul Young and Joel Zadak.
