Citing that the world needs continued cynicism during a time of unsure political alliances and Vine "stars," IFC decided to bring back Maron for its fourth season on the one holiday that Star Wars fans have in their lives. The story arc of last season finale's cliffhanger will be continued as Marc Maron, the character, has fallen off the deep end by foregoing his sobriety. He heads to rehab after losing everything including his beloved cats. This season will also see its fair share of celebrity guest stars including Ron Perlman, Amy Smart, Constance Zimmer, Randy and Jason Sklar, Andy Kindler, Whitney Cummings and more. The indie network also notes that there will be back to back episodes that night so you get doubly the amount of sentences ending in "man."
