IFC's 'Spoils Before Dying' Gets SNL Alums & Andy Daly

The six part sequel to the Spoils of Babylon, the Spoils Before Dying, now has its mandatory guest stars. The Will Ferrell produced, Michael Kenneth Williams led mini series will have an incredible cast including those from the last installment and, more importantly, TV's/Podcast's Andy Daly:

Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Haley Joel Osment, Michael Sheen, Kate McKinnon, Val Kilmer, Tim Meadows, Steve Tom, Chris Parnell, Emily Ratajkowski, Andy Daly, Chris Mulkey, Chin Han, Marc Evan Jackson, Jack Kilmer, Patty Guggenheim, Bérénice Marlohe

The setting is in 1962 Los Angeles during a jazz scene. Williams will play Rock, prime suspect in a double murder case involving Fresno Foxglove (Rudolph). Wiig, who was in the first season, takes on the new role of Delores O'Dell, Rock's "one-time big band singer." Osment, also in the previous installment, will play Alistar St. Barnaby, Rock's "hard charging manager."

The Spoils Before Dying featuring Andy Daly will premiere this summer on IFC. For now, here's a sexy trailer to hold you over.

Will Ferrell's -- er -- Eric Jonrosh's The Spoils of Babylon will make its return to IFC with The Spoils Before Dying starring Michael Kenneth Williams. The Funny or Die produced mini-series parody is a self described "pulp-noir murder mystery." It will follow Williams' character in the LA jazz scene as a "down-and-out pianist Rock Banyon who becomes the prime suspect when his lead singer and occasional lover is found violently murdered in a car with another man. With the death of two people hanging over his head, Rock has only 72 hours to clear his name or fry in the electric chair. Determined to prove his innocence, Rock goes on an elusive quest for the truth that takes him into an abyss of sex, murder, love, betrayal, and of course, jazz."
