Working in television is all about networking with networks and connecting with audiences. The creators of CBS show How I Met Your Mother and its parent network are about to join hands once again. Getting back into bed with with Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, CBS's next move is tackling hybrid comedy. Real Life has been picked up this pilot season.

Written by Hilary Winston, Real Life is based on the web series 7P/10E from Avital Ash. The Hollywood Reporter says the series is about the relationship of two young adults who begin working together. They also say that Jane Levy was starring in the pilot that was shopped last year as My Time/Your Time, along with Nicholas Braun and Tone Bell.
