"Fun Mom Dinner" is full of all the same types of movies that came before it

Remember when Bad Moms came out and made waves in the much dismissed "moms can party too" market? And before that Date Night did the same thing? On top of this year's sequel to Bad Moms (under A Bad Mom's Christmas), we'll also get Fun Mom Dinner. While it lacks in an imaginative title much like its contemporaries, it stands out in casting.

Coming from director Alethea Jones and written by Julie Yaeger, Fun Mom Dinner centers on a group of moms -- Katie Aselton, Toni Collette, Bridget Everett, and Molly Shannon -- whose one night out goes awry with weed buying, hard drinking, and karaoke. The already hilarious main cast is joined by a smattering of other comedy juggernauts like Adam Scott, Rob Huebel, Adam Levine, John Early, Paul Rust, David Wain, and Paul Rudd. Fun Mom Dinner hits select theaters and streaming on August 4.

Fall in 'Love' with the new trailer for the second season of the Paul Rust, Gillian Jacobs led series

The second season of mumble core comedy Love is almost on Netflix. Though it's missing the very day of love itself (Valentine's Day) by a few weeks, it's most assuredly going to be as for and against love as it was in its freshman year.

Season two looks to expand on the story of Micky and Gus as the former attends sex addiction meetings and the latter remains as dopey and hopeful as ever. The new season will also freature some guest stars like Rich Sommer and Mike Mitchell. Season two of Love premieres on Friday, March 10th.

Watch the trailer for that holiday Pee-Wee Herman movie that's not about the holidays

Listen up, rest of the world: no one in America uses the term "holiday" to describe taking time off from work. We say "vacation." I've been telling people and writing stories about this new Pee-Wee Herman movie and referring to it as a dang holiday (i.e. Christmas) movie! You've made me look like a fool! Anyways, Netflix released a new trailer for the upcoming Judd Apatow produced project. Pee-Wee is convinced by the super cool Joe Manganiello to take a much needed vacation from life so Herman decides to go to New York in order to visit his new friend. Along the way he is captured by bank robbers, ends up on a snake farm and is courted by several women. In other words, it's a normal Pee-Wee movie. Alia Shawkat, Stephanie Beatriz, David Arquette and others make up the supporting cast. Pee-Wee's Big Holiday premieres on Netflix on March 18th.

Here's a teaser for that Netflix/Pee-Wee holiday movie

Are you ready to celebrate the holiday's in late March? Shut up! Netflix wants you to because it's releasing the long in development Judd Apatow and Pee Wee Herman holiday special. Coming Friday, March 18, Pee-wee's Big Holiday will be released onto unsuspecting Christmas-in-March lovers. Was it ready by Christmas 2015? Probably not. Should they have saved it for Christmas 2016? Probably so. But that doesn't matter because Netflix is a huge company that doesn't care what one man thinks. The special is written by Herman himself Paul Reubens and Paul Rust, who also co-created and stars in the upcoming Netflix series Love with Gillian Jacobs. The film also stars Joe Manganiello, Jessica Pohly, Alia Shawkat and Stephanie Beatriz.
