"Another Period" is back for another season in 2018

Ensemble comedies are definitely this writer's kryptonite. Any movie or show with a big, varied cast that can manage to make it all work with comedy is a plus. Comedy Central's Another Period is one of the better ensemble comedies on TV.

While they didn't have a new season in 2017, Another Period will return in early 2018. The network released a trailer for the Natasha Leggero and Riki Lindhome created show. Faces new and old are on the featured slate including Kate Berlant, John Early, Jemaine Clement, Andy Kindler, Patton Oswalt, Chelsea Peretti, Paul Scheer.

We reviewed the second season of the show and liked every single episode.

Another Period season 3 airs on Tuesday, January 23 at 10:30 PM.

'Another Period' is getting another period

Horrible puns aside, Comedy Central's hit show about a Kardashian-like family living in the early 1900's is getting a second season. Created and produced by stars Riki Lindhome and Natasha Leggero, Another Period is a wonderful hit the network. Comedy Central's Original Programming President Kent Alterman says the show is "beautiful reflection of a great American truth: the more things change, the more they stay the same." The first season is still going strong and includes an alluring supporting cast with David Wain, Michael Ian Black, Lauren Ash, Paget Brewster, Jason Ritter, Beth Dover and two dozen others.

Lindhome and Leggero tease 'Another Period'

Riki Lindhome and Natasha Leggero's new Comedy Central show, Another Period, is premiering soon. Today, the network has released a teaser to get you all hyped up. But it's just a teaser so you shouldn't get too hyped. The show will follow the Bellacourt sisters (Lindhome and Leggero), the Original Ballers. The 1902 based show was picked up to series last summer and the pilot includes famous faces like Michael Ian Black and Thomas Lennon. Another Period airs Tuesday, June 23rd at 10:30 PM.
