'The Nightly Show' is sticking around Comedy Central for a while

That guy you probably hate because he took over Stephen Colbert's time slot Larry Wilmore is staying in that slot for the moment. CNN Money found that Wilmore revealed during an audience Q&A today the network picked up a second season of The Nightly Show. That means you get more The Nightly Show at least through the not so distant future of January 2017. It's all great news as he'll at least get to destroy all the presidential hopefuls during the 2016 election season. Think of it as a trial of sorts. If he's funny, the show stays. If not, then, I don't know, there'll be a restructuring of the format or something. Don't ask me; I don't work at Comedy Central.
